Terms & Conditions

1. Rental Agreement

By renting equipment from LuminaRent USA, you agree to these terms and conditions. All rentals are subject to equipment availability and approval of rental application.

2. Rental Period

The rental period begins at the time of equipment pickup or delivery and ends at the agreed return time. Late returns may incur additional fees of $50 per hour or portion thereof.

3. Security Deposit

A refundable security deposit is required for all rentals. The deposit will be returned within 7 business days after equipment inspection, provided all items are returned in good condition.

4. Equipment Use

Rented equipment must be used in accordance with manufacturer specifications and industry standards. The renter is responsible for proper handling and operation of all equipment.

5. Damage and Loss

The renter is liable for any damage, loss, or theft of rented equipment. All equipment is covered by insurance, but deductibles may apply. Intentional damage or misuse will result in full replacement costs.

6. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the rental date receive a full refund. Cancellations within 72 hours are subject to a 50% cancellation fee.

7. Limitation of Liability

LuminaRent USA is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from equipment use or malfunction. Our liability is limited to the rental fees paid.

8. Technical Support

We provide 24/7 technical support during your rental period. Additional on-site support may be available for an extra fee.

Rental Agreement Terms

Equipment Rental Terms

This rental agreement outlines the terms and conditions for renting lighting equipment from LuminaRent USA.

1. Rental Rates

All prices listed are per day unless otherwise specified. Multi-day discounts are available for rentals exceeding 3 days. Weekend packages include Friday pickup and Monday return.

2. Delivery and Setup

Delivery fees vary by location and distance. Setup assistance is included in package prices but can be added separately for individual equipment rentals at $75 per hour.

3. Equipment Condition

All equipment is inspected and tested before rental. The renter should inspect equipment upon delivery and report any issues immediately. Equipment must be returned in the same condition as received.

4. Power Requirements

The renter is responsible for ensuring adequate power supply for all equipment. Standard requirements are 110V/15A circuits. Special power needs will be communicated during booking.

5. Weather Considerations

For outdoor events, the renter must provide adequate weather protection for all equipment. Additional weatherproofing equipment is available for rent.

6. Insurance Coverage

All rentals include basic insurance coverage. Additional coverage options are available for high-value events or extended rental periods.

7. Payment Terms

A 50% deposit is required to confirm booking. The remaining balance is due 48 hours before equipment delivery. We accept credit cards, business checks, and electronic transfers.
